I believe each person is born with a unique need to feel heard, seen and safe. But that sometimes instead we can feel misunderstood, disconnected and different.
How Can I Help
Happiness has been suggested by ancient philosophers as a habit we must practice rather than something that happens to us. There are times in our life when we struggle with the idea of happiness.
Certain experiences and events in life make it more difficult to cope and find a way through.
A sense of feeling overwhelmed or depressed?
Struggles with work, family, relationships can create a sense of anxiety, am I good enough? Am I too different? What's wrong with me?
I have learned from personal experience that counselling and psychotherapy can help us overcome obstacles we face. Do you feel your grief unbearable? Are there sensitive issues around sexuality, gender, religion, race or culture? Have you been carrying abuse and trauma and need somewhere safe to tell your story?

My therapy space is calm, quiet and confidential and my online therapy offers the same.
My main psychotherapy rooms are located in Acton, close to Acton Central and Acton main line (Elizabeth line). Easily accessed from Chiswick, Richmond and Ealing.
